Originally from Murcia, Spain, Alicia has been living in Ireland since 2023. With a degree in early childhood
education and a masters in Montessori, Alicia is an early years educator with over five years of experience in a
variety of schools, including Montessori and Waldorf settings. Her passion is supporting children in their
learning journeys, helping them discover, explore, and grow at their own pace.

Since arriving in Ireland she has been working in different Montessori environments, where she enjoyed creating
warm and engaging spaces that foster curiosity and independence. Alicia believes that every child has unique
potential, and her role is to guide and accompany them with patience, respect, and joy.

In her free time, she loves cycling, and capturing life through an analog camera. She has been playing the
saxophone since the age of eight, and music continues to be an important part of her life. She enjoys spending
time in nature, especially in the sunshine- anything that involves the sun makes her happy, and she shares those
moments with her cat Thea.
